To spread awareness about THE DANGERS OF SUPPLEMENTS, have students make their own PSA-style videos to teach other teens about the health risks involved in taking dietary supplements. Their videos should include guidance on how to spot supplements that aren’t good for their health, how teens can get the vitamins they need from food, and how teens can use any supplements they may need—safely!
