In SNACKING MY WAY TO SUCCESS, students will write a one-to two-page reflective essay about two separate occasions: one in which their snacktime habits worked against them, and another in which they feel snacking helped them tackle a task or face a situation successfully. As they write, they should consider how they felt in each situation and what the outcomes were. Have them end by reflecting on which snacktime solutions work best for them and why.
