Breathe Like a Lion
Lion’s breath is a breathing exercise that will help you relax, reduce stress, and boost your energy. Plus, it’s guaranteed to put a smile on your face. To do it, start in a seated position with your hands in your lap. Then follow these steps to breathe like the king of the jungle.
1. Inhale deeply through your nose while opening your eyes and mouth as wide as you can.
2. Stick out your tongue as far as you can, trying to touch the tip of your chin with the tip of your tongue.
3. Exhale forcefully while making a “Haaaa!” sound.
