The Comic Side of . . . Back to the Classroom
In Person Do's and Don'ts
Nervous about being back at school? Follow these tips:
1) Name it. Giving a name to your feeling can help you manage it. Try saying “I feel nervous” (or excited, or curious, or whatever!) as you walk into school.
2) Share it. Everyone—even your teacher!—is having big emotions this fall. Ask how they’re doing, and honestly share how you’re feeling too.
3) Own it. You made it through something HUGE to get here. Feel proud of all you did last year, and give yourself time to adjust to being back.
