A day at the beach shouldn’t hurt. Here’s how to stay safe in the sun.
1) SIP IT. Put It’s easy staying hydrated if your drink is delish. Squeeze a lemon, lime, or orange into a bottle of water, and add a lot of ice.
2) SPREAD IT. Set a timer on your phone to reapply sunscreen every two hours. Don’t forget your ears, the tops of your feet, and your neck!.
3) SHADE IT. Wear sunglasses that don’t just look cool but also protect your eyes. Choose lenses with UV protection to block harmful rays.
