Time to Downsize Your Coffee Order?
The latest data says teens should limit themselves to 100 milligrams of caffeine a day, the equivalent of one 8-ounce caffè mocha. Consuming more caffeine than that puts you at risk of feeling jittery, anxious, and nauseated. So if you can’t live without your coffee fix, make sure you order a small.

According to a new study, a whopping 60 percent of kids have poor cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF), putting them at risk of heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure. To improve your CRF, get 75-150 minutes of exercise a week. Try jogging, dancing, or biking: They all count!
