2. Set a date
Work as a class to plan a period where you stay on your feet as much as possible. One easy idea: Go outside for a walking discussion!
3. Discuss the benefits
Did standing give you more energy? Keep you focused? Reflect on the payoffs, then brainstorm other ways to work physical activity into your day.
